Campers should bring court appropriate shoes, water, and a racquet.

I agree to assume all liability and hold the District, its Trustees, employees, and staff harmless from all claims or actions that my child or I ever had, now have, or may have in the future or any liability for injuries or damages which occur to my child or to me as a result of his or her participation in camp. I expressly waive all claims for medical expenses, loss of services, or other claims to which I may otherwise be entitled, and I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Royse City Independent School District, its Trustees, employees, and staff from all claims made against it or them on behalf of my child. I agree to indemnify and hold claims made by third parties against it or them, which result from my child's actions during camp. I hereby certify my child is physically fit to participate in the Royse City Tennis Camp, and I know of no physical impairments which would in any manner limit participation in such a program. I hereby register my child for camp as described and authorize staff to direct he/she in participation in activities, and authorize the staff to attend to any health problems or injury my child may incur while attending camp. By registering my camper(s), I acknowledge that I have read and understand this release and signed it voluntarily with full knowledge of its significance.
